Guitar Setups & Re-Strings..
We offer many Guitar, Bass and Drum maintenance services, from a Full Guitar Setup to Re-Skinning / Tuning a drum kit. Below is our basic prices for the services. (All prices include VAT, Exclude any additional parts & strings).
Full Guitar/Bass Setup: £35 + Strings
Guitar Re-String: £10 + Strings

Guarantees..
Purchase with confidence. All new items are sold with full manufacturers warranty against defective parts or materials. Periods vary between 1 to 3 years. We will endeavour to repair any defective item quickly.
All pre-owned/used items
Come with a 3 months parts and labour warranty, so you may buy with complete peace of mind. Certain items are consumables. ie. valves, lamps, strings, drum heads etc. these are not covered by the guarantee. All items must be returned to us for repair (see terms and conditions).
Take it Away..
We are proud to offer 'TAKE IT AWAY' as our finance service. This is a brilliant scheme, subsidised by the Arts Council, which allows individuals aged 18-25 to purchase instruments completely interest free.

Special Orders..
We can order many items from our suppliers which we may not hold in stock. Special order items will require full payment prior to order and cannot be cancelled. We will endeavour to give you our honest delivery expectations based on information that our suppliers give to us.
Tracking Orders
We will email you with a consignment number so that you can track your order direct with our carriers. This is available through a link on our site.
Trading in / Selling your items..
Many of our customers have part exchanges. We will always consider part exchanges against products in the shop. However, it is difficult to give quotations over the phone so we would ask you to bring them along for valuation.
