delivery 

 

Orders placed before 12 noon and in stock, will in most cases be delivered the next working day. We will contact you if we are out of stock of any items to confirm if you wish to place it on back order and confirm delivery date. We will only debit your credit/debit card if we are able to despatch the goods.  

 

Due to rules imposed by credit card companies we are only able to deliver goods to the card holders address (as opposed to your work address etc.)  

 

If you are an established customer and we have a history of doing business with you, please call us or email for alternative arrangements.  

 

Shipping and Handling (to UK mainland) 

Free delivery is available on certain items which will be displayed as such. Other items will be charged at our standard rate. Items delivered to the Highlands or Islands are quoted separately. For orders outside Mainland UK - please contact us for a quotation. 

 

Tracking orders  

We will email you with a consignment number, so you can track your order direct with DPD UK. This is available by going to www.dpd.co.uk
