Purchase with confidence. All new items are sold with full manufacturers warranty against defective parts or materials. Periods vary between 1 to 3 years. We will endeavour to repair any defective item quickly.  

 

All pre-owned/used items  

Come with a 3 months parts and labour warranty, so you may buy with complete peace of mind. Certain items are consumables. ie. valves, lamps, strings, drum heads etc. these are not covered by the guarantee (valves have a manufacturers warranty of 90 days subject to conditions). All items must be returned to us for repair (see terms and conditions).
