Sprout Modulation is a versatile stereo modulation workstation designed for songwriting, live performance, and studio production. Powered by Klowra’s Wildseed audio engine, Sprout combines advanced high-quality DSP processing with analog-inspired warmth and responsiveness, delivering everything from classic vintage movement to futuristic experimental textures.
Featuring nine meticulously tuned modulation algorithms, Sprout covers a wide spectrum of iconic and creative effects. From the organic warmth of BBD Chorus, Saturated Flanger, and 8-Stage JFET Phaser to the immersive depth of Triple-Voice Chorus, Rotary Speaker, and Futuristic Ring Mod, every algorithm has been carefully crafted to provide rich movement, exceptional clarity, and musical expression. Whether adding subtle dimension to your tone or creating evolving atmospheric soundscapes, Sprout opens up endless possibilities for sonic exploration.
Built on a refined audio architecture, Sprout preserves every detail of your playing while delivering smooth modulation curves and natural dynamic response. Advanced processing ensures each effect reacts organically to your performance, allowing modulation movements to become a true part of your musical expression rather than just an added effect.
At the heart of Sprout is the signature TEXTURE control, giving you intuitive access to deeper sound shaping. From vintage-inspired chorus character to enhanced phaser feedback, flanger resonance, and stereo spatial movement, TEXTURE transforms each algorithm in unique ways. With TS/TRS external control support, expression pedal compatibility, Tap Tempo, and Ramp Modulate, Sprout provides real-time control and limitless creative flexibility for both stage and studio.
Nine Mod Essentials in One Pedal
Compact and mighty, this pedal gives you every key modulation effect in a minimal footprint. Authentic vintage BBD-style chorus and saturated BBD flanger effects are included, plus a lush triple-voice chorus for massive stereo spread. A classic LDR vibe and a vintage 8-stage JFET phaser are also available, complete with highly adjustable feedback via the TEXTURE knob for added versatility. The immersive rotary speaker faithfully reproduces the complex 3D movement of a classic cabinet, while the smooth triangle-wave tremolo delivers precise rhythmic grooves. There’s a rich analog-synth ladder filter for deep, expressive tonal shaping as well, which sits right alongside a futuristic, self-modulating ring modulator that dynamically evolves to dish up highly experimental sci-fi colors.
Hands-Free Ramp Morphing
Hold down the footswitch to engage Ramp Modulate and let the pedal handle the parameter sweeping for you. Easily morph between subtle motion and intense oscillating textures in real time completely hands-free while playing.
Real-Time Rhythmic Sync
Achieve perfect BPM sync effortlessly. With the dedicated tap tempo footswitch, you can instantly match your musical groove without missing a beat, ensuring your modulation effects always lock in perfectly with the band's timing.
