Orders placed before 10am and in stock, will in most cases be shipped that same day (except orders placed after close of business on Tuesday, or on Wednesday, as these orders won't be picked up until the following Thursday).
We will contact you if we are out of stock of any items to confirm if you wish to place it on back order and confirm delivery date. We will only debit your credit/debit card if we are able to despatch the goods.
Due to rules imposed by card companies we are only able to deliver goods to the card holders address (as opposed to your work address etc).
If you are an established customer and we have a history of doing business with you, please call us or email for alternative arrangements.
Shipping and Handling (to UK mainland)
Our standard UK mainland standard rate is £15. This is for a fully insured, Next Day service. Items delivered to the Highlands or Islands are quoted separately.
Worldwide Delivery (Outside the UK)
For orders outside Mainland UK - please contact us for a quotation.
Tracking orders
We will email you with a consignment number, so you can track your order direct with the Courier.
14 Day Returns

Under the UK Rules for Distance Selling, you have 14 days to return your order to us. We must recieve your request to return an order to us within 14 days of delivery. You then have 14 days to return the order to us, in it's original condition.
Once we have received your order back, you will receive a full refund within 14 days. You are responsible for any return postage cost.
